- Immediately, contact your skin care professional if you have any questions about how to use your new GlyMed Plus products, or any concerns following your use of the products. GlyMed Plus products are designed to be highly effective, but require the trained supervision and guidance of a licensed skin care professional.
- If after consulting with your skin care professional you wish to return the GlyMed Plus Product, call or email one of our Business Coordinators within ten (10) days of product delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. - Returns will not be accepted unless the Product is deemed to be defective. Defective is at the sole discretion of GlyMed Plus.
- Opened products are only eligible for a refund during this ten (10) day period if they are deemed defective by GlyMed Plus, but all opened products must be returned at the customer's expense prior to the refund being applied. After ten (10) days all product sales are considered final.
